While information confirming the existence of the Blood Knight as a new class was first datamined from Diablo Immortal, there are many elements of this origin story that point towards the Blood Knight's presence in Diablo 4. Future Blood Knights would inherit this same curse, being able to utilize fantastic vampiric powers at the risk of becoming a vampiric thrall in the process.
